
Aubrey Peterschick is the Chief Executive Officer of a compassionate team at Advanced Care Hospital of Montana. Aubrey has made leadership her passion, committed to providing mentorship, growth, and collaboration in the workplace, while cultivating a culture of passionate patient care.
Aubrey graduated from Montana State University, College of Nursing with her Bachelors Degree in Nursing Sciences. Aubrey spent her early career working as a critical care registered nurse, caring for patients requiring intensive critical care. Through her experiences at the bedside, Aubrey had the opportunity to move into leadership, eventually becoming the Nurse Manager at Advanced Care Hospital of Montana. She spent the next six years growing her leadership skills, eventually moving into the CEO position in June of 2021.
Aubrey has continued to grow her passion for patient care by providing growth and mentorship opportunities for individuals in the hospital, as well as learning new ways to be a better leader. Aubrey received her Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado-Boulder and was a Billings Gazette 40 under 40 recipient in 2022.
Aubrey enjoys collaborating with individuals to manage business operations, strategic planning, and growth opportunities for all individuals. She is constantly finding ways to grow and challenge herself to be a better leader, mother, and wife.
