Jennifer Graves
Jennifer Graves is a seasoned Healthcare Executive and Registered Nurse with nearly three decades of experience. She has demonstrated an impressive career path, starting as a bedside nurse and progressing to Chief Executive Officer. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master's in Healthcare Administration.
A significant portion of her career was spent at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, Montana, where she spearheaded various quality and safety initiatives. Her leadership earned the organization numerous accolades, including being recognized as a CMS 5-Star rated facility, a 100 Top Hospital, and Leapfrog Grade A. Jenn’s leadership is grounded in High Reliability principles like sensitivity to operations, deference to expertise, and reluctance to simplify. She fosters a culture of safety and transparency that prioritizes patient and caregiver satisfaction.
Jenn completed her coaching training through Erickson Coaching International and is currently pursuing her Executive Coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She feels a calling to help other leaders realize their potential and achieve their goals, which is a primary motivator for her own professional development.
Outside of work, Jenn finds joy in rural Montana, where she and her husband, Jay, raise livestock and put up hay. They have three grown children who live nearby. Jenn also enjoys reading, traveling, and preserving her family’s legacy through photo books and stories.
