Scott Sears
Dr. Scott Sears is an exceptionally accomplished and seasoned clinical leader with a unique background of successfully leading physician groups for over 20 years. His diverse experiences include an impressive depth and breadth of leadership roles that range from the traditional hospital C-suite to regional medical directorships to a national role leading the largest risk-bearing bundled payment provider group in the country, all while maintaining a passion for the singular sacred relationship between a physician and a patient. A few of his roles include CMO of the St Vincent Physician Network (Billings, MT), Regional Primary Care Medical Director for SCL Health (Montana Region), and Chief Clinical Officer for Sound Physicians (Tacoma, WA). He currently serves as CMO of InHealth MD Alliance (Orlando, FL).
Scott is board certified in internal medicine and is a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Physician Executive. He received his medical degree from the University of Washington (Seattle, WA), his MBA from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst, MA), and his coaching certification from the prestigious Hudson Institute (Santa Barbara, CA).

On a personal level, Scott lives in Windermere, FL with his wife Robin. Together they have four sons, including two who are married. Scott is fluent in Spanish and Papiamento, has completed a marathon, is an avid golfer, and enjoys playing tennis, swimming and water skiing.
